2. Licence-disc capture test

Clear photo required: upload or take a sharp licence-disc photo. Keep the circle guide exactly as the disc frame, then line up the VIN and engine number inside the large rectangle. Use the smaller rectangle for the registration/licence number where possible.

3. Current KM photo and exact reading

Take or upload a clear dashboard photo. Move, zoom and rotate the image until the complete kilometre reading fits inside the blue rectangle. The assistant will try to read the exact number without rounding. If no photo is available, the customer can enter the exact kilometres manually above.

5. Service items and add-ons

Customer choice

Normal mode lists the required service items from the engine profile and kilometre interval. Override mode lets the customer request any service items they want included in the estimate check.

Timing belt is shown only when the selected profile/interval may require it. Final inclusion still needs EPC confirmation.

Labour and workshop bookings are not included in the parts estimate.
The system does not have access to the vehicle’s service history.
A correct VIN and EPC check are required before a final estimate is prepared.
Part numbers are admin-only for this mock and are not shown to the customer.
